Acolytes—The word acolyte means "server."  Acolytes are composed of children and adults who assist at our services.

Altar Guild—Work behind the scenes preparing the altar for worship services.

Flower Guild—Arranges the flowers used in worship.

Music—Both our adult and children's choirs help us make a joyful noise to the Lord.

Ushers—Assist in the mechanics of our services making sure things are done decently and in order.

Lectors—Lay persons (adults and older children and youth) who help by reading scriptures.

Eucharistic Ministers and Visitors—Help distribute the Blessed Sacrament at the altar rail (Ministers) and to shut-ins (Visitors).

Daughters of the King—A group of Christian women striving to fulfill the promises of our Baptismal Covenant through the adoption of a Rule of Life, promising to pray, work, and give for the spread of Christ's Kingdom.

St. Hilda’s—A monthly study group.

Stewardship Ministry—Helps us focus on giving of our time, talent and treasure.

Episcopal Church Women—Sponsors several activities: quarterly luncheons with a speaker;  a 5-week series of Lenten Luncheons during Lent; and the Thrift House outreach.

Spiral Groups—6 week groups of parishioners that gather to know each other more deeply.

Social Activists—Our party and fellowship planners.

Junior Warden's Council—Made up of current and previous Junior Wardens who advise the Junior Warden and vestry about Building and Grounds issues.

Vestry—Our church board--please see the Vestry page.

St. Paul's Bookstore—carries various spiritual books, gifts, and other items for adults and children. The proceeds benefit our outreach ministry.


thrift-storeSt. Benedict's Mission—an ecumenical daily feeding ministry made up of several churches and organizations.

Food Voucher Program—a weekly ministry in conjunction with our neighbors at St. John's United Methodist.

Family Promise—helping families in transition.

Thrift Store—Sponsored by our ECW in a building across the alley on the north side of St. Paul's.
